Confidential information may be deemed to be any information or data notified by Lomio in writing, on the web, or in electronic copy, or any identified or unavailable information that is now in use or may be invented in the future. CUSTOMER or this customer may have access with or without Lomioun's knowledge and/or explicit consent. CUSTOMER warrants that its employees, customers, suppliers, subcontractors and all other parties involved in contracts between Lomio and CUSTOMER fulfill the confidentiality commitments contained in this document. Necessary measures must be taken to fulfill this confidentiality commitment and the CUSTOMER will be responsible for any claims or damages arising from failure to fulfill this obligation.
